The power of fitness is one of the most vital lifestyles you can implement into your everyday routine.
Being physically fit and health conscious can improve energy, sleep, mobility, brain power, motivation, and bone strength, reducing the risk of disease overall. But do you need help making fitness an everyday act? How can we spark motivation to get up every day and become more physically fit? Here are a few keys to help you do so ….
Put a plan on paper! We are more motivated to attain our fitness goals when we can see them. Please understand that most results don’t happen overnight; please be gentle with yourself!
Document your journey. When we can see results over time and physically see ourselves evolve, we will most likely keep going.
Find an accountability partner and/or Trainer. When we have another motivating force next to us or reminding us of our goals, we are most likely to stay on our path. This partner must be honest to a fault because transparency is the only way to grow authentically.
Fueling yourself with the appropriate foods is key! We are what we consume, which affects our overall energy and physical results. A nutritionist is a helpful tool for creating a food outline that works for your body type.
Small workouts daily lead to significant routine results. Just 15 minutes a day can set us on a path of success. Build slowly.. gradually increase your workout times by 5 minutes weekly and see your progress!
Find the proper exercise and activities that fuel your happiness, motivation, and fitness journey. What works for others might not work for you, and that’s ok. Take time to find your workout joys.
Lastly, please ensure you’re taking the right supplements for your body type and allowing yourself to rest when needed. You can not perform on a low battery, YOU GOT THIS!
