Follow Through, because fulfillment inspires further want and achievement. When we slowly finish what we started we are subconsciously building discipline.

Time Management results in less stress and anxiety which creates the opportunity to become and maintain discipline.

Self-love increases motivation, and prioritizing, reduces self-doubt, and the many excuses we feed ourselves that may stop our disciplined journey.
