Habits

Breaking bad habits is no easy feat especially if these patterns have been with us since we can remember. Differentiating which habits help or hurt us is key!

I hope these question aid in your decision to let go of these patterns that no longer serve you ….

  • What about these habits do I like?
  • What do I get out of them?
  • What are the long term benefits of these habits if I continue to do them?
  • What can I replace these habits with?
  • What positive habits can I develop to negate the negate habits?
  • Are these habits root in my comfort zone?
  • Am i dependent on my chaotic habits because its all I know?

Whatever the reason know that you can get that same feeling from something that will actually be helpful and useful, it’s all a choice.
